2. Shipping Timeframe

2.1 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders with customization or special requests may take longer to process. You will be informed in such cases.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities (India): 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro cities (India): 5–8 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on the destination country)

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or local disruptions.


3. Shipping Charges

  • India: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
    A standard shipping charge may apply for orders below the threshold or COD orders.

  • International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and product weight.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier partner details.

You can also track your order on our website using the tracking ID provided.

6. Delays & Failed Deliveries

We are not liable for delays caused by:
