1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation by the Customer
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.
Once an order is processed for dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

1.2 Cancellation by Regalis Hair Industries
We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain conditions:
Product out of stock or discontinued.
Payment not received or authorization failure.
Incorrect pricing or technical error on the website.
Address not serviceable by our courier partners.
In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone and a full refund (if already paid) will be processed.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds only in the following scenarios:
You cancelled the order within the allowable time.
You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product.
The product is lost in transit and cannot be delivered.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Change of mind after receiving the product.
Minor differences in product color due to screen resolution or lighting.
Products used, washed, or tampered with.
2.2 Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via bank transfer.
We may require images/video of the damaged or defective product as part of the verification process.
3. Return Conditions
If eligible for return or replacement:
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, email us at support@regalishairindustries.com with your order number, issue description, and photos/videos.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. In some cases, you may be required to ship the product to our warehouse at your own expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Hair extensions/hair products that have been opened or tried on due to hygiene reasons.
Customized or personalized products.
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or size, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
