  • Sale Orders/Discounted products and those bought during special sale events.
  • Accessories: Certain items like hair clips/hair accessories, combs, and specific jewelry products that is earring, pendant,hand bracelet,ring,kids zone products and gems made accessories.
  • Purchases from Other Platforms: Products bought on platforms other than our this official website.
  • Altered Products: Items that have been colored, chemically treated, or damaged post-purchase.

Return Process

Return Process for Domestic Orders (within India)

  • Initiate Return: Log in to your account on our website and select the product you want to return. Provide a reason and attach a picture.
  • Approval: Our team will review your request. If eligible, we’ll approve the return and arrange a reverse pickup.
  • Shipping & Quality Check: Once we receive the product, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it’s in its original condition.
  • Processing Time: After the quality check, we’ll issue a store credit within 6-12 working days.

Return Process for International Orders (outside India)

  • Initiate Return: Email us at mail to:customersupport@regalishair.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Approval & Shipping: If your request is approved, you’ll need to ship the product back to our address at your own expense.
  • Quality Check & Processing: Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a store credit to you via email.

Important Instructions

  • Ensure the product is in the same condition as when received. Used or altered products (washed, cut, coloured, chemically treated, or brushed for curly or wavy hair) will not be accepted.
  • Record an unboxing video of the package before opening the courier seal to claim any physical damage or missing products.
  • Kindly record a video or take images while handing over the product to the delivery person for return or exchange requests. Returns/exchanges for damaged or defective products require valid video proof.
  • Clearly mention your order number and contact number on the package when returning it.
    INR 220 will be deducted for all returns for logistics, prepping and packaging purposes.

Refund and Store Credit

  • WE DO NOT OFFER BANK REFUNDS. All refunds are provided as store credit.
  • Store credit will be issued after deducting Rs.220 and can be used for future purchases or gifting.
  • Store credit will be sent directly to you via email.
  • Products bought after issuing the store credit are not eligible for the return or exchange.
    Please Note: During festivals, Sale, adverse weather conditions like rains, natural calamities or political crises and curfews, your shipment may take up to 22 days to deliver.
